If you are granted a non-immigrant visa, you can only stay in the U.S temporarily (regardless of who you are in your foreign country). So, at the end of your permitted stay, you must leave the U.S. However, in some cases, you may be able to adjust status from within the United States.

Our law firm will help you get the following U.S non-immigrant visas (and we can also assist you to adjust your status, if possible).
We handle all Consular or Embassy processing of visas, so we will take on this time-consuming process on your behalf.
We take care of every paperwork and advise you as to any requirement to make sure you receive the visa you need to visit the U.S.
